This platform was created by two friends who share a passion for investing and technical models. Dave and TJ met at work in 1999 and discussed trading strategies over lunch for years. The managers are not certified financial planners but rather passionate investors who aimed to build a better mouse trap.
TJ Wilkinson, BS ChE '99, MBA '08
TJ has a chemical engineering undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He made minor tweaks to the model with the goal of simplification and ease of use. He pushed to make the system publicly available and created a growing business out of it. TJ currently lives in Austin, TX with his wife and enjoys volleyball and running.
Dave Rossing, BS ChE '99
Dave has a chemical engineering ungraduate degree from Northwestern in Chicago, IL and has extensive modeling expertise. Dave is the technical genius who drafted the initial model in Excel and continued to refine it. This model remains static but Dave continues to develop other investing models based on complex technical theories. Dave currently lives in San Diego, CA and enjoys surfing and traveling.
